These Points Rules and Terms (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) are intended to clearly outline the ways in which Dropshipman users can earn points by participating in various activities or completing tasks, as well as the conditions for using these points. By using Dropshipman points, you agree to comply with these Rules.
1. Earning Points
1.1 Earning Points Through New User Tasks, Order Payment, and Credit Recharge
Upon completing designated new user tasks, making purchases, or recharging credits, users will automatically earn the corresponding points.
1.2 Earning Points by Inviting Friends
After successfully inviting a friend to install the Dropshipman app using your referral link, you must wait 24 hours to receive the points. If the friend uninstalls the app within this period, the points will not be awarded.
1.3 Earning Points Through Subscription Plans
Points will be awarded at the end of the trial period after subscribing to a Dropshipman plan. Continued subscription will earn points on a monthly basis until the subscription is canceled.
1.4 Earning Points by Following Social Media Accounts
Points will be credited to your account after you follow Dropshipman’s designated social media accounts and the follow has been verified by customer service. Dropshipman reserves the right to revoke points if the follow is later removed.
2. Using Points
2.1 Order Payment Deductions
Points can be used to pay for orders, with a maximum of 50% of the order value eligible for deduction. If the order is refunded, the deducted points will not be returned and cannot be reused.
2.2 Redeeming Points for Products
Points can be used to cover product costs, but shipping and taxes must be borne by the user. If a refund occurs after redemption, the points used will not be refunded.
2.3 Points Consumption for Product Import, Sourcing, and AI Optimization
Points consumed for product import, sourcing services, or AI optimization are non-refundable.
3. Final Interpretation Rights
Dropshipman reserves the right to the final interpretation of these Rules. Dropshipman also reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate these Rules and related terms at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Rules for any updates. Continued use of Dropshipman services constitutes acceptance of the modified Rules.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
These Rules are governed by the applicable laws. In the event of any disputes arising from the points rules, users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts where Dropshipman is located for resolution.
